X Introduces Original Content Rewards to Change How Creators Earn

X is changing its creator payment system by replacing its existing Revenue Sharing program with a new initiative called Original Content Rewards.

The new program will still require participants to have an X Premium subscription.

There are also audience requirements. Creators need at least 500 verified followers and must generate 500,000 Home Timeline impressions from verified users over a 90-day period.

Re-uploading downloaded videos or images without adding meaningful changes may also fail to meet the new requirements.
